Most condominiums are allotted with one or two car parking bays as accessory parcels without having to pay for them. However, there may be options for the residence owners to purchase additional car park, if any. There are also some serviced apartments on commercial land title especially those located in KL City which does not come with an allotted car park and the purchasers of those serviced apartment may choose to purchase the car park on a subject to availability basis.
